HI Guys,
In NSN 3G event 1f is used to trigger the IF or IRAT compressed mode which is different from other vendors (All other vendors are using event 2d for this). With the 2d and 2f we can configure the Inter frequency and inter system measurements in different thresholds (e.g. 2d Ec/Io threshold for IF = -13 dB and 2d Ec/Io threshold for IRAT is = -15dB), but in NSN FMCS we can define only a single threshold for HHO which is used for IF and IRAT handovers. If we want to define separate thresholds for this in NSN how we can achieve this?
