Do you have Excel comparison for parameters RU20 vs RU30?

Here is a biggest problem the available NED library for RU30 and OSS 5.3 contains only PDF files with no Find option.

Does anyone can suggest NED library for RU30 and OSS 5.4 with regular search available

and possible comparison in EXCEL RU30 vs RU20 (performance counters/parameters and etc.)
