Dear Experts,
Can any one please provide me with HOC & POC parameters optimisation techniques specialy with BSS15 s/w version & higher where many new AMR quality ,HO parameters were introduced...The basic parameter descriptions/BSSPAR are already available everywhere but an advanced optimisation with parameter would be very beneficial to all the users of the forum including me. Basically looking for a document which explains in details how to play with different parameters and what would be the impacts of keeping their values high or low and their dependencies with other parameters or KPIs.
