Hi all!
On Netact 3G, when we make relation neighbour , in there have diffenrence SIB and SIBbis. Can you help me known Difference SIBbis and SIB ?

SIB11bis is read by REL-6 UE onwards only. SIB11bis was introduced in REL-6 so that if all 32 Intra-freq , 32 Inter-freq & 32-IRAT neighbors needs to be populated in a cell then SIB11 block size will be less. SIB11Bis will help in transmitting additional blocks of information.

In addition to the above,

The total number of intra-frequency, inter-frequency and GSM neighbour cells, which can be included in the System Information Block type 11 (SIB11), is 47. When HCS is used, the capacity is limited to 35 cells.

System Information Block type 11bis (SIB11bis) increases the maximum number of adjacencies to 96. SIB11bis can only be decoded by the UEs which support 3GPP R6.
