Node B Alarm while integration

Hello all experts,

We can't integrate Node B 6601 & alarm is "System clock quality degration".:(
Though Traffic node is in sync.
Need help on this.

this alarm related to the RNC and you cannot solve it, the alarms means there is no synchronization between Iub and node. if the TRM is ready, you'll need 15mins to 2hrs for the node to make syn.

This is transmission alarm.Check ur traffic node. Is that sync define there.Or ECI mux check services and sync there also.
U can verify ,is traffic node is in sync or not by receive and transmit packet by it.If it is in sync than it will tx/rx both. One more thing site is running or down if down than above things u need to verify and in site up case u will get this alarm than most probably site configuration mismatch at either side In this case u can check sync priority on each e1 if it ok than RNC site TUB LDN is not correct, correct it.

Site is in integration process it can't be integrated.
At that moment we have found that alarm.
At traffic node we are getting transmit & receive without any error.
At RNC what is the command for media checking??
Site is on IP (eopdh case).

At 1 other site I can't get Nbapcommon & Nbapdedicated showing disabled & dependancy failed in RBS element manager.
At RNC engineer saying is media is down but trans-receive is happening in TN.
Require guidance on this too.

Media can check by following counters in node B .

To monitor the total incoming Iub traffic for the Iublink, including Iub user plane, control plane and synchronization traffic, use: InternalEthernetPort::pmIfInOctetsHi, InternalEthernetPort::pmIfInOctetsLo

To monitor the total outgoing Iub traffic for the Iublink, including Iub user plane, control plane and synchronization traffic, use: InternalEthernetPort::pmIfOutOctetsHi, InternalEthernetPort::pmIfOutOctetsLo

In this case U need to check its Iub counter. If it increasing than Iub is up otherwise site is down. another method is ping the rnc ip from node b. or ping the default gateway from the node B. If u getting ping than media is up otherwise media is down....

Your Problem is -System Clock Quality Degradation
Event Type - EQUIPMENT_ALARM
Probable cause - REPLACEABLE_UNIT_PROBLEM
Severity - critical

The alarm is issued if the system or radio clock enters the free-running mode in a Timing Unit (TU).

If you can give detailed description then problem can be further addressed.
