DCR is increased after AMR F/H rate is enabled

the Drop call rate is increased after the AMR F/H Rate is enabled?
I tried to change the threshold for it but still same :(
Please if anyone has an idea

it is depend on vendor as for huawei non AMR 32 SACCH frame but for AMR is 48 SACCH frame .

Also you have power control for AMR is different than non AMR and it will be more aggressive for AMR and for HO you can play on emergency HO like DL Qual parameter to be higher than Non AMR.
