Why my Win7 (64), does not detect My k800i TEMS phone?

I'm trying to connect my K800 TEMS phone to my computer to use it for DT, but when I connect it to my computer, it does not request USB driver installation (as in WIN XP) for it and my TEMS SW does not detect it too. May you help me if you have same problem with TEMS phones in WIN7 (64)! Any solution will be appreciated.

Goto Device Manager> try to find missing K800 driver> double click on> goto drive tab> click on Update drive> give proper path and install..

i used previously and its working find...

you can use same driver which is come with tems installer..

It is a only way to install driver, may be upload by me is not for you phone.. search proper driver on google and try again,,

Same procedure to update driver..

Goto Device Manager> try to find missing HASP aladin driver> double click on> goto drive tab> click on Update drive> give proper path and install..

try to use pc suite of the last version - or on the region the virtual car (VMWARE etc.) for the XP installation. or win7 (x32) - me helped both that and that.
