Hi Experts
We are facing big problems with this 3G to 2G PS/NRT handover in E*******.
While 3G to 2G voice handover is around 95% which is good but PS 3G to 2G handover is around 80% only.
I have observed low values of PS IRAT in multiple E******* Networks
What are the observations from other E******* Networks in other countries as i have seen in Nokia and Huwaei value is quite good
Is there any known bugs in E******* system for this low value of PS IRAT
