1. RBS 6000 rollout, duration: now till end of Q1 2012(Taiwan)

Needs:

- 4 x RBS6000 troubleshooting engineers
Support in initial troubleshooting of RBS6000 immediately after new site commisioning into service
- check initial performance KPIs check configurations, alarms, collect logs, analyze logs,
configuration scripts checking,

- 2 x senior RF engineers
Support in initial tuning of newly deployed RBS6000
- KPI analysis, worst cell analysis, radio parameter's checking, neighbour relations checking,
drive test results analysis, provide recomendations for parameter changes,

2. New RNC Integration, duration Dec 1 till end of Q1 2012(Taiwan) (urgent)

Needs:
- 3 RNC integration engineers
HW testing, RNC script loading, interfaces integration to existing network (IuCS, IuPS, Iub, IuR over IP
functional testing, acceptance testing

- 2 RNC/RBS engineers
- perform RBS rehoming tasks, mainly night time activity, experienced with RNC/RBS configuration data,
relation parameters, verify



1.RNC/UTRAN optimization engineers.(Taiwan)

E******* RNC 3810/3820 competence
Be able to perform:

Iub&Iur link capacity audit & improvements
RNC capacity improvements
Worst cell analysis
RNC parameter optimization

2. LTE RAN and RF engineer (S.korea)

Job Description for LTE RAN engineers:
--- Troubleshooting for all related issues (rollout / KPI / Maintenance) in LTE FDD network
--- Team leader for the advanced trouble handling team
--- Good knowledge in CPP platform
--- Good knowledge in LTE FDD system
--- Goof knowledge in OSS-RC system

--- Know E******* internal processes(CSR handling / PLM and PDU WoW...)
--- Familiar in all related tools (Moshell / Linux / RSG…)
--- Experienced in network rollout and maintenance
--- able To work long hours when needed, challenging situation handling on technical issues

Scope of work for LTE RAN engineers:
--- Work as advanced troubleshooter in LTE projects, handle the hard to solve technical issues.
--- Support LTE projects rollout issues as advanced troubleshooter
--- Support LTE network KPI analysis and tuning activities. For example, support drive test, parameters checking...
--- Provide Trace / Log analysis (Baseband trace / cell trace / S1 trace...) for NTC team
--- Use trace, log and advanced tools to solve integration problems
--- Follow up CSR / TR. Meeting with PDU / PLM to get further analysis
--- Monitor network and fix the problems happen in integrating and commercial networks
--- Feature implement and verification

2) RNC to RNC integration (Iur over ATM and IP)

3) New RNC testing & acceptance

4) Configuration data (CCR) preparation of RNC/RBS

5) Integration of RBS6000

6) Trouble shooting of RNC & RBS problems.

7) Experience of "Rehoming" of Node-B
8) Experience of RNC re-parenting.
