More than 5 yrs experience in Optimization. Huawei experience preferred. Must be familiar with Huawei 3G KPI’s.
Optimize worst cells and provide analysis.
RF Optimization skills.
Expert in Excel and Access to prepare KPI graphs and reports.
Knowledge of Huawei tools (M2000, PRS, Nastar)
Strong communication skills.
