Call Drop in OL subcell

Hi All,
is there anybody to know what can be the reasons for DL quality drop in OL subcell. The most of drops are in the OL and they are observe in whole BSC area.

May be too high LOL, high LOL and high LOLYST or wrong FBOFFSET in case of DB Cell ? What's your parameter values ?

thank you for your answer... The values are LOL=121,LOLHYST=8 and FBOFFSET=7 for OLsubcell in Dualband cells..

You can try to adjust FBOFFSET to propper value and it work for some cases

I think that the values are OK.
Check some cell for DCS crossed sectors.

I think that the problems are not related to DCS crossed sector because we have problems in whole BSC areas, not only in one sector....

Hi all,
the problem is not in SFH, because we observe the same problem in cell that there is no SFH. The problem occurs and in 1800_micro cells, not just in Dualband cell..
