Tems export error

When I try to export any log file with Tems it gives me this error "Can't create converter".
I uninstalled and reinstalled Tems but problem not solve, Could anyone help me.

If you are working with *****ed version, I think it should be because of your converter.exe file!

I don't use *****ed version, and I tried Tems 9 and found the same error.

Did you try to point to a export template? Also make sure that the logfiles are having .log extension

From your screen-shot I can see that you have no log files selected at "Input files". Can't convert no file :)
