To dimension a UMTSRadio Access Network using a link budget approach, the Saturn tool has beendesigned by ********. Saturn is aserver-client Java based tool which is available through the ********intranet. This document defines theparameters required to use Saturn and contains a data template that can be usedto fill in customer requirements for a dimensioning exercise. An example section, filled in using defaultvalues, is provided for reference.
