Aircom International (AI) is committed to provide a 3G strategy and migration plan for the X-OPERATOR network. The purpose of this document is to outline the steps necessary in order for AI, in conjunction with X-OPERATOR, to produce an appropriate strategy and a viable migration plan to a 3G network solution within the contracted timescales. To develop a strategy and implementation plan to migrate the existing X-OPERATOR network to third generation operation.
