I wanna share with you guys, this Exert User Guide, some of us might find it useful. (It was for me).

Exert has been updated to cater requirements for GSM Systems R9 and R10. In this new revision, Exert comes with a configuration file. It has been re-designed and re-developed to be more flexible and can be customized to support new printouts with the same format as those currently supported without changing the core application.
Exert is intended to facilitate off-site data processing and analysis. It should not be relied on as substitute for the more powerful OSS tools for data consistency checking.
