Formula does not seems correct..Formula considers only 360 days in year. What is TCO Site per year, BH traffic ratio?

What I understand is that 22514.

In the formula you can see there is 12 which it is represent the month.

12 is multiplied with 30 resulting in 360 days in year, so its not correct. and what is TCO Site per year & BH traffic ratio? I am requesting more information sharing about formula. We need to understand all terms before using it.
