If someone asked me.. what they you meant by Monte Carlo Simulations ?

What I can answer? and what is the differences between Subscriber Lists and Traffic Maps? which better?

All the best

It is good explanation in manuals ;)
In short: you simulate real traffic load in a network. Your users randomly (with defined properties) generate traffic and tool calculate sector/cell load.

Subs list: you randomly (or not if you have data) distribute users around area. These are real users with antenna type/height, traffic profile and location (geo coordinates)
Traffic maps: you assigna traffic load to a clutter. for example: your dense urban clutter has 1000 users / sq km. Each user generate 1/5Mbps UL/DL and tool calculate network load.

Which is better: it depends what kind of input data about users you have...

Depends, who asks. If she has some education, then "Monte Carlo" is just marketing name
for heuristic mathematical methods for solving NP-hard problems.

If she has wrong education ;-), then "Monte Carlo" is nice place to visit, and
MC Simulations are specific mathematic methods, used for most known MC industry.
