DO anyone has understanding of Huawei DCCC algo based on Throughput? Could anyone explain the theory of it? Jacks

in brief. RNC takes statistic of its RLC occupancy and throughput per user. When these go above predefined specific thresholds it is report event 4A and vice versus when it goes below the threshold it will report 4B. When you have 4A there will be rate increasement and the RNC will assign next predefined rate from the sequence. similar for 4B where you will have rate dercreasement.
