Hi experts out there.

Maybe you can help me. I want to set an RBS3116 to transmit without Iub connection to a RNC, so stand-alone. I managed to login on the I2C port of the RU22 2140 radio (not via Test port of the CBU!!)which gives me some moshell possibilities to set and read certain data (see below for main menu). Is anybody experienced with this or, do you have other solutions to set the RBS3116 to transmit?
