how to calculate control channel power for 3G system

CPICH pwer is set 10% for total power, that is if total power=20W(43dBm) then CPICH=2W(33dBm)

Can anybody help

1. how to Calculate power for control channels and signalling channels from CPICH power
2. Power remaining for users.

the rest 15% to 20%( 3-4 watt) used for control channel and rest 70% (14 watt) used for traffic channel

so if you add all this power u get
