Very useful tool, but recommendation 837-2 is obsolete, Non? Actually, I think is used 837-10....

Yes, proy1_10 has reason but there`s others parameters to be considered in a digital link like terrain...

It's a long way to 837-10. :)
Currently in use is 837-5. It was published last summer. I would also suggest to get rain files (ESARAIN*) from Working Group, in order to calculate rain rate for specific latitude and longitude. There's also a matlab file to do it for you.
BTW anyone needs ITU-R recommendations?
