Netact Planner 6 and Oracle 11g

Anyone please help me..!! :L

I have alredy installed Nokia Netact Planner version 6 with Oracle database 11g and with database template for oracle 11g.
Now Im succesfully login to the Netact but i couldnt add a new project.
For the problem detailed shown on the picture below.


Please help me, im suffering .

use oracle 10g, instead of the 11g...
with 10g works perfectly....
i am missing an update patch.... do you have it?
