Deploy 2 Carrier in E*******

Dear all!

I want to deploy 2 Carrier with config below:

F1: R99 (CS + PS)/HSDPA/Eul
F2: HSDPA/Eul (Hand over HSDPA from F1 to F2 when overload in F1)

Can anyone help me with Parametters need to deploy with E******* system?

Use the feature HS Load sharing .

Feature is available in W10 & upward .

There are several ways to do it. You can use the HSPA IFLS feature available from W10 or also you can do traffic steering on Idle Mode based on EcNo by using the qOffset2sn.
