New version of Tems Investigation is out.
Below is the link for the installer and driver CD.

3.1 Bugs Corrected in TEMS Investigation 13.0.3

Too high Tx Power presented for Qualcomm LTE UEs.
Device activation/deactivation and some data service events not always correctly timestamped.
Misleading SIB decoding for Sony E******* Xperia arc and X10.
Problem with HASP SL license detach. – New HASP driver provided to eliminate this problem.
PCTel MX LTE spectrum scan sometimes froze the application. – Default value for Number of Sweeps changed from 1 to 8, reducing the amount of scan reports delivered.
