Nemo analyze 5.13 error

Friends I need your help. After I installed the n*mo anal*ze 5.13 and opened it there was an error message saying :failed to connect to database...."
Then I read the possible solutions in the forum and tried all of them like:

1. Uninstall NA and java and install it again because updating java might cause the problem.

2. Delete remove.dat files

And now when I install it again it stucked in "installing object store".

Please help me, I really need this tool to post process n*mo h*ndy log files.

About the "failed to connect to database..." error:

“Failed to connect to database” error may appear when starting Nemo Analyze first time after the
installation. In that case, close Analyze.exe, and AnalyzeSocketServer.exe processes from the Windows
Task Manager, and run C:\Nemo Tools\Nemo Analyze Datastore\remove database.bat.

I already tried that but still the same thing happens. :confused:
