RF Engineering position in Chile

I need somebody for an RF engineering position based in Chile. The person will be a consultant for a US company based in Chile.

Requirements:

• Strong Atoll skills (Project settings, propagation models, prediction plots, Monte Carlo simulations)
• Strong understanding of UMTS fundamentals
• Very good understanding of UMTS link budget parameters
• Familiar with the model tuning process
• Experience with HSPA
