Error in IAM message

Hi everybody

I noticed the error bellow in all IAM messages

|ITU-T WHITE BOOK ISDN User Part (ISUP) IAM (= Initial Address) |
|--> DECODING ERROR: Parameter not allowed (at position 3F hex) |
|Initial Address |

Now I would like to know what can be the consequences of that kind of error in a call setup procedure?
