Hi Expert,
I have a very Big and very Sudden SDCCH Congestion in my network. The Congestion go up to 90% in 15mn whereas SD traffic is very low ( about 2 Erl). this problem affect my CSSR's KPIs.
please advise me how to solve that.
my BSC version is R08A.
