Hi,

I have tried to open tems investigation (8.2.5 and 10) logs in new release of actix but get the following error (previous version were opening these files normally)

actix sep 2011 seems not support tems log withour lon/lat infor when i tried with some logs. all members here may share your experience.

My actix sep 2011 also cant open it. Btu Aug 2011 is fine with the same lic.

it seems Sep 2011 have some bugs inside or actix change something.

Same thing with me,,I have tried so many times, opening tems log in Actix..never a success..but it works with Nemo Outdoor logs.

What does your OS version? XP or Win 7, 32bit or 64bit?

works for me too!

This is not the license that you will find here on the forums. Its made for my pc.

EDIT: using windows 7 x64

what does mean not fully support? does you still OK to open actix with that license?

As my previous stated, if lic is not supported by Sep so it should not be supported by Aug right?

Its working with august release..............but in September release its not opening Tems (any version) log files.................and also my prime search was "actix analyzer for LTE +license"
solution given by thodoris85 working upto august release..........but not with LTE

This release its old and shouldn't include LTE (its the one that I found in here so I guess its old), so dont expect that one to work with LTE

Anyhow I have September release on windows 7 64bit and I still can load your files though. There is an October release...you never know
