use CoreFTP and then put the IP for M2000 and then follow below

/export/home/omc/var/fileint/cm/autoExport

Does anyone know, do XML file contain data about neighbor relations? If no, is it possible to get it in file like XML (i need to have this file automatically, not manually).

i'm not sure ya. i usually got it from counter 370

You can export all configuration in commands format, is easy to read parameters from txt format.
