you can go to top level user interface and try mml from there...right click the node and and you have mml option...if you are searching for this....

or you can publish a mml tool (tang may be) into element management and try it...

if you are on the management network of the GUIS server/ Netact then you dont need even netact interface to send MML commands to the BSC, i would suggest you just to use the putty or reflection, bingo you have connectivity to the BSC directly, but for this process to work you need to know the IP address of the BSC and port to be used in basic telnet port.

Moreover hasibh already told you the top level user interface thing where you can select the select the BSC and run an MML session to it.

There is an interface in CM Editor also, but it should never be used at least that what everyone says and i agree just fyi!! and it can run only few commands, doesn't give you liberty like telnet session

Depends on you netact profile\permissions, but if you have netact credentials you can this:

1. SSH tunnel to netact
2. telnet to the bcs IP

You can do all this with putty manager, uses putty to make the ssh tunnel and you can automate the telnet and login information.

You can also save configuration to all the bsc, make log files automaticaly...

Hi,

Try ZECP (and related comands - ZEC?) for cell broadcast.
