I have noticed before that the same site has the book that I am looking for (indoor radio planning, 2nd ed.) but the trouble with the site is that is hard to get registered, they ask for donation so I am not sure if that is just a scam or a real thing...

I think you have been using the old link to the forum, which is currently broken at least i faced the issue, i then used the address upto .com and landed on the main page from there i could actually get back in the forum. Hope that is the same case for you. :)
