Here is the most complete set of manuals for Nokia FlexiHopper Plus. Some might still need them. There is also html file which, when opened, presents a page with quick access to any of these manuals (providing all saved to the same directory)

Had some maintenance on my 4shared space. Links are updated and available for download again.
With regards to your original question, you do not need to do anything special for joining split archives - WinRAR will do it for you, just place all four files in the same directory.
