3G Nbr Relations to xml scripts ?

I`m using TEI to for this. Is there any other tool available ?
So that i can generate the scripts & load in the OSS, to a planned configuration.

I saw E// guys using all sorts of "home made tools" for this. If you know how to parse xml files then you can make one for yourself (of course you have to know E*******SpecificAttributes specific for your oss).

I dont know how to parse the xml dump....but what i need is to convert xls file to xml format.

About the inhouse tools you are right, but i dont have access to them, im hoping someone here will share them...

Im use Schema Mentor :)
or if ur use MoShell ... try use "/u" option :) before any command :)
