this the first time i make DT WCDMA , i need some help
1- what the tools need for DT WCDMA
2- it,s necessary to have scanner

You can use CUIE with EXCAL for drive test and EXCAP for post processing.For that tool the scanner is provided as well for drive test.
However there are two other tool such Nemo outdoor and Tems possibly for 3G DT.

Nemo outdoor or Tems are prefered! Easy on post processing also.
Scanner is not mandatory but its good to have it as you can have scanner data then. :D
