Hello Experts,
What's TCP (Downlink Transmitted Carrier Power) ? and how to analyze the cell load using TCP statistics?

for the 1st part: Trans.Carrier Power (TCP)
is the useful signal or carrier power transmitted from a cell
this is the same one used in carrier-to-noise ratio or signal to noise ratio.
BUT, u get to keep in mind the technology used!
for LTE,e.g. it's complicated carrier....i.e. composite power of several sub-powers

These counter are from Huawei. It simply mean how much power was utilized. If it is at max than u will get DL power congestion.

TCP = CPICH+CCH+DCH power and less than Total Power
