3418 or 6601 via IP

Can any one help with metodics or any other guides - im must start my RBS`s via IP (now they works via ATM/E1) im need scripts (for RBS and RNC) or any guides (perfectly will be step-by-step).

Ip script run in the same order as ATM scriptS run. cabinet,o&m,euipment,iub...
