Signaling link KPIs

does anyone has more info about signaling links KPIs, how they are measured, what are units for it, thresholds etc...?

The KPI used is utilization measured in Mill erlang the threshold in btn 0 to 300merlang. and now you can implement HSL high speed links with two E1 one operating as standby.

Thanks, is this only KPI for signaling links, I presume there should be more.
