Hello my friends,
I would like to know if now a days there are new techniques for do the network optimization, not only recollecting data by drive test and then analyze it.
New technologies like LTE considers new features like Self Organized Networks SON, in many levels of the network life, like auto planning, auto configuration, auto optimization and auto healing.
Do you know if some of these is already on HSPA+??
