RBS 6000 common problem/Faulty

Hi friends,

Could you please share your experience and faced problem and faulty on E/// RBS 6000 for 2G as well as 3G and their affect on KPIs.

How to solve it?

How to identify the problem

In some case we have degradation on KPI but there is no alarm on RBS level is there any trick to find it?

as long as i know they still can't find how to fix this problem. one of the solutions is restart of the basestation after integrating it. if you don't do that in some cases its performance is very low, but after restart everything goes ok. that's the only way for now i think.

I have seen a RBS 6102 Not responding to local management or responding only randomly but the remote management is always up...I ask because probably someone from here has had this problem before..what is the solution?
