It nice macro and i have one comment if you can be add neighbour LAC also and make it the rank from 32 to 64 column.

For LAC you need to merge it with Neighbor CID before paste in the tool.

I think you are looking for this one...Put your data in NB then run the macro. It will create an output on other sheet.

But,As you know,use marco to calculate the neb is slow if the data huge.

Any macro if your data is huge will come slow...the important thing is you have the right output and you will not have
the hard time to do it manually.
