1. what is difference between LOCATION UPDATE AND PAGING.
2.why bsc migration, and in which condition BTS sfit one BSC to another BSC in GSM for E******* vender.

for your first question LAC update in summary is when your SIM and VLR update the LAC code when moving from bsc to another ( in order to determine your location)

paging is when your VLR initiate a procedure to give indication for your mobile that there is a call coming ( not when you hear the ringing it is before)
