PS IRAT Problem

hi all,
I'm found PS IRAT problem (only 3G to 2G for 2G to 3G it's OK). FTP can't download after hand over to 2G(hand over is successfull but data transfer fail :'( )

## the 3G's SGSN is Huawei and 2G's SGSN is Nokia.
which parameter to setting or check or how to solve this problem?..

No..

RAU is complete. only data can't downloading after RAU complete.

Is there resuming from higher layers after HO completion and pdp modification? What equipment you use? Any traces/logs available and etc.?

yes, it's modification request and accepted after hand over complete. im working with HW equipment...

if no RAU fail, it should not caused by radio.i have faced the problem like this, we solved by fixing of QOS parameter between SGSN and GGSN.

The best is to do LMT IMSI trace and see what is the communication between RNC <-> SGSN and see whether some problem occuring there. Also SGSN trace is recommandable.

if its for all the cells , most propably its related to some inconsistance configuartion between the RNC and SGSN/GGSN

Seem occurred with all cell la!!!

i'm think it cause by inconsistency config btw the RNC and SGSN/GGSN also.
but i dont know which parameter to focus in the first..

Have you tried with ICMP ping only instead of FTP.It could happen that the TCP cant recover due to the gap.
Try to ping a web page during IRATHO and check how many ping requests are failing. Normally 1..3 should not answered but then ping should continue normally
