Posted file is just a little piece (4 sq. km.) of city map, its test sample files... so its useless for real planning

If somebody interested to create own maps in suitable for Atoll format's I can explain, let me know by PM.

For that you need to have couple of programs like Global Mapper, SASPlanet, and MapInfo.
