Hi,

There are numerous KPIs to monitor; however, as a planner you should monitor CSSR (Call Setup Success Rate), CSFR (Call Setup Failure Rate), PSR (Paging Successful Ratio), Handover Success Rate, IRAT success rate, PCM/CiC for congestion and prediction, VLR user against the license, and so on. However, for practical solution you should consult your vendor(s) for advice.
