Hi Expert,
1) May i know, whether the RAC setting in SGSN Huawei is per cell/SGSN/BSC?
2) What is the command to check the RAC in SGSN/per cell?
We have SGSN A set to RAC =2 and SGSN B set to RAC = 1. We have E******* BSC A connect to SGSN A and BSC B connect to SGSN B.
As we know the RAC in E******* only set to 1.
My question is if SGSN A -RAC is set to 2 and BSC A default RAC is set to 1. There seem to be a conflict in setting. May i know which one will it use?
FYI- reason SGSN A set to 2 is the both BSC A&B sharing same LAC, therefore, we are trying to change the RAC setting in SGSN to solve the PS handover issue.
