MR data is used automatically in Nastar.

you can get it directly from M2000 by activating the related counters such as
the distribution of MR by quality and level , MR by timing advance .....

The M2000 admin can activate it , you just specifie the measurement function
(MR Measurement(MR)) ,the resolution of the task (60 min or 24 hour) and the retention period of the data .this is for BSC6000 .;)

You can get them in Horizon Omc client softaware if you use this for statistical data. if any one is using this can request for procedures and you will get .xlsx file
