TEMS 10.0.5 and W995 with 11.0.1 license

Hello,

i have a genuine SE TEMS W995, fully working on TEMS 11.0.5. I need to get it working on TEMS 10.0.5. When i start TEMS, it detects the phone, but it says "no license". I tried using the 11.0.5 UEdescription.xml on the 10.0.5, i also tried an xml i found in this forum, but the result is always the same. The phone is detected, but "no license"...
what can be done for this? I took a look in this forum, but cannot figure it out, as most people simply want to turn a retail phone to a TEMS phone by flashing. I don't want to flash it, or i would loose the functionality on 11.0.5.

any help would be appreciated.

your TEMS 10 has no license. you can check with another phones to verify it.
Check if dongle is attached. If still not fix, you may remove and reinstall TEMS software.

does it work with any phone? If no, your TEMS doesnt work funtionally. reinstall it.

i tried with two W995, does the same. Always shows "no licence". i installed and reinstalled the software 3 times. any idea??

If you don't have V10 license enabled on the dongle it would say "no license". use V11 for which you seem to have a license. it should work about the same with the W995. if you purchased the dongle, you can have ascom had V10 for free. i think they will add a previous version to a current license for free.

i don't have the license for 10.0, i have just the *****, which works, as without it i can't even open TEMS, but after i apply patch, i open TEMS software regularly, it detects the phone, but says no license. i need to use it on 10.0 and also on 11.0, that's why i'm trying.

Sorry friend. I dont use emul but use dongle.
