Types of Handovers in E******* 2G-2G

I've just started working on E******* equipment...Can somebody please explain to me the types of handovers that we have in E*******-2G. For example, for normal power budget or better cell handovers, in ******** there are classic and/or adaptive power bugdet handovers. There are also level handovers for special scenarios i.e. different pwr_bgt_alg_types. Can somebody please expalin or share or forward me the document that explains the similar E******* handover types and per neighbor parameters involved?
