In E*******, I have been analysing 1 cell which has very high DCR due to a very high number of dropped calls caused by very low signal strength on the UL. Analysing the MR distributions on the cell we've also observed that the cell has large number of MRs on very weak levels for the traffic at TA <= 3.
As a quick solution to this, we want to move this traffic to better RF environment by enabling and/or triggering the UL RXLEV HO (SSUL) or adjusting the threshold for UL level handovers to nbr cells. Is it possible to do this on E******* equipment? If so, kindly advise which cell database parameters can we adjust to achieve this? Your help will be highly appreciated.
